Scallops with endives

ingredients:

  • 4 endives
  • 12 scallops
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • truffle oil
  • nutmeg
  • pepper and salt
preparation

preparation:

Clean the endives and cut them into large pieces. Cook them in a pan in butter and season with nutmeg, pepper and salt. Add the sugar and deglaze with balsamic vinegar and a bit of truffle oil.

Cook the scallops.

Lay out endives and scallops on plates.
